About Us

Mountain Light Healing specializes in integrative Energy Medicine/Bioenergetics solutions for whole health and empowered living. Our primary modalities are NES Health, Eden Energy Medicine/Eden Method, the Emotion Code, Quantum-Field Optimization, Gentle Energy Medicine (GEM) Yoga, and Shamanic practices. We use proven processes and techniques for holistic stress management and healing the energetic wounds of trauma. We offer on-site and virtual consultations and experiential workshops.
