I spent over 10 years in the Human Resource field and was hired as the HR Director at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group. After 3 years with the company, I was asked to consider the Chief Operating Officer role. I accepted that role and served in that position for 2 1/2 years. After our CEO retired, I was asked to consider the CEO position that I accepted about 7 months ago.
I have my bachelors degree in Business Administration and received my MBA in business in 2010. I have spoken in multiple forums, most consistently at the OrthoForum for Orthopedics where over 100 Orthopedic groups gather for a conference. I've facilitated breakout sessions and also given presentations on the success of our company to the Forum groups.
