After 3 years with the company\, I was asked to consider the Chief Operating Officer role.  I accepted that role and served in that position for 2 1/2 years.  After our CEO retired\, I was asked to consider the CEO position that I accepted about 7 months ago.\n\n\n\nI have my bachelors degree in Business Administration and received my MBA in business in 2010.  I have spoken in multiple forums\, most consistently at the OrthoForum for Orthopedics where over 100 Orthopedic groups gather for a conference.
