SCWCC Read & Lead: Hidden Potential
What if the key to unlocking your potential isn't talent — it's character?
That's the bold idea at the heart of Hidden Potential by bestselling author Adam Grant, and we'd love to explore it together with you.
You're invited to SCWCC Read & Lead: Hidden Potential, an interactive, discussion-based evening designed not just to talk about a book, but to spark real conversations about growth, leadership, and what's possible for women in Southern Colorado.
The evening kicks off with 15 minutes of open networking and then moves into small-group table discussions. You'll engage in lively conversation with your peers by rotating through thought-provoking topics drawn directly from the book:
• Character Skills — What's shaped your growth the most?
• Embracing Imperfection — Where have you held back waiting to feel "ready enough"?
• Finding and Being a Mentor — Who changed the trajectory of your career and how?
• Helping Women Grow — How could Southern Colorado help more women reach their potential?
• Redefining Success — How has your definition of success shifted over time?
You don't need to have finished the book to participate (although it helps). Just come ready to connect, reflect, and share.
Space is limited to keep the conversations intimate and meaningful.
