Create your Cool Stuff Jar? Workshop

A Cool Stuff Jar™ is a place to collect all the wonderful things that happen in our lives. Whether it’s an awesome cup of coffee or a lesson learned, paying attention to the good that surrounds us is essential to sustaining our happiness.
In this workshop, we’ll do a couple of quick exercises to tune into the Cool Stuff, then jump into the fun of creating art papers to fill with Cool Stuff from your life. At the end, you’ll leave with your very own starter Cool Stuff Jar™!
