Litigation Paralegal

Pribila & Fields Law Firm is a small Personal Injury firm seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an in-person position with a hybrid potential, once fully trained. We are seeking an exceptional paralegal that works proficiently and effectively with attorneys and staff and has a client first attitude. The ideal applicant will be skilled, positive, and organized, with strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Requirements:
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to handle PI litigation matters from initial filing through trial
• Draft disclosures, discovery, and other legal documents for attorney review
• Clear knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure
• Ability to communicate status reports to client
• Be willing to be a team player to best serve our clients

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies from an accredited college or university program preferred but not required
• Minimum of two years PI Litigation experience
• Experience with Needles/Neos is a plus
