Our Clinical Model We provide comprehensive, strengths-based evaluations across the lifespan, utilizing gold-standard and evidence-based tools, including: • Autism evaluations (17 months through adulthood) o ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition) o MIGDAS-2 (Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing Autism Spectrum) • ADHD evaluations (ages 6–60) o QB Test (FDA-cleared objective assessment) Our approach emphasizes: • Functional, real-world understanding of the individual • Clear, actionable diagnostic feedback • Tailored recommendations across home, school, and community environments • Ongoing support for executive functioning, attention, and adaptive skills Position Overview We are seeking a neurodiversity-affirming neuropsychologist to provide part-time neuropsychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and young adults. This role is ideal for a clinician who values both diagnostic precision and meaningful, strengths-based interpretation. Assessment Scope May Include: • Intellectual and cognitive functioning • Language and communication skills • Visuospatial processing • Learning and memory • Attention and processing speed • Executive functioning (planning, organization, inhibition) • Sensorimotor functioning • Academic achievement • Adaptive functioning • Psychosocial and emotional adjustment Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations across pediatric and young adult populations • Integrate multi-source data into clinically rigorous, strengths-based formulations • Provide clear, compassionate, and actionable feedback to families and clients • Produce high-quality, well-organized diagnostic reports suitable for clinical, educational, and insurance use • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in case consultation and care planning • Maintain a client-centered approach emphasizing autonomy, dignity, and individualized care Administrative support and insurance billing are handled by Bright Starts Pediatrics, allowing you to focus on clinical work. Required Qualifications • Licensed Psychologist with formal training in neuropsychological assessment • Active, unrestricted psychologist license.
