Most people wait until January 1. Start before Thanksgiving and you walk into the New Year with a coach, a plan, and 2 months of training already done.



Alloy Personal Training is personal training in a small group setting for adults 40+. Never more than 6 people per session.

You get an InBody scan before Thanksgiving and another after New Years. The goal is to walk into January with the same body fat or less than you started the holidays with.
