About this Event
Do you feel like you are always running out of energy and barely making it through the demands of each day? How might your life be different if you were able to increase the amount of energy you felt each day and use this energy in more efficient ways? This presentation is aimed at helping you understand how to do just that. Understanding how change occurs allows us to approach old problems with a new perspective. Participants will learn how small changes in their day-to-day activities can lead to a more balanced and sustainable way of living.
Dr. Jenna Glover of Children's Hospital Colorado will provide tips on how to achieve balance in your life. Additionally, registered yoga instructor Lynn Shepherd will lead you through some easy stretches and breathing exercises that can be used to reset while at your desk.
