Topic: What I’ve Learned After Working With Hundreds of Entrepreneurs

After working alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs at different stages of business, Coral Laski has seen the same challenges, patterns and opportunities surface again and again. In this interactive roundtable, Coral will share some of the most valuable lessons she has learned from founders—from the importance of asking for help and building the right relationships to communicating clearly, staying adaptable and recognizing that you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Attendees will be invited to add their own experiences to the conversation, learn from one another and leave with practical ideas they can apply to their businesses.

Attendees will:
- Identify common patterns and challenges that show up across businesses and strategies other entrepreneurs have used to navigate them.
- Explore how relationships, mentorship, communication and community can become practical tools for business growth.
- Reflect on their own businesses and identify one opportunity to approach differently based on lessons from other entrepreneurs.

Parking and arrival:
Parking is free. Attendees should use the doors on the southeast side of the building, where they will see the Exponential Impact sign facing Nevada Avenue.

Program format:
The program will include a brief welcome and introduction to Exponential Impact, an interactive roundtable discussion and a tour of the space.

Coral Laski is the Director of Programs at Exponential Impact, where she designs and leads entrepreneurial programs that help founders build stronger businesses through community, mentorship, and meaningful connections. She oversees the organization’s Accelerator and Survive & Thrive programs, supporting startups and small businesses at every stage of growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and leadership, Coral has worked alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the challenges of building and growing businesses. She is passionate about creating environments where founders can learn from one another, strengthen their communication skills, expand their networks, and develop the confidence to lead.

In addition to her work at Exponential Impact, Coral serves as an adjunct communication instructor, teaching public speaking and group communication. Her background in communication shapes her belief that relationships, storytelling, and community are among the most powerful tools an entrepreneur can leverage.

Whether facilitating a workshop, mentoring founders, or leading a discussion, Coral brings an interactive and collaborative approach that encourages meaningful conversations and practical takeaways.
