The facilitator will share 1-3 high-level leadership frameworks with attendees to ground our discussion. After a very brief explanation of the framework(s), the facilitator will invite attendees to reflect individually on their own leadership ‘peaks’ and ‘valleys’ to distill lessons from their lived experience. Majority of the round table will be devoted to discussing key insights on leadership and decision-making as a small business owner so that attendees can learn from each other.

As a member-focused initiative, this roundtable offers a unique 90-minute format expertly facilitated with timely topics important to small business owners with dedicated time for networking, member introductions, topical discussions, and a robust Q&A session.
