Vidhya Krishnamoorthy, CPA, and Katie Fenton, EA, are Managing Tax Directors at Carson Group Advanced Solutions: Tax and Accounting, bringing a combined 34 years of public accounting experience to their roles. Their extensive expertise covers a wide range of tax returns, including those for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and benefit plans, as well as tax planning and complex business transactions. They have worked with a diverse clientele, from small businesses to large corporations, helping them navigate intricate tax landscapes and optimize their financial outcomes.
Vidhya, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 18 years of experience, oversees tax strategy and compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and the organization’s strategic goals. She has earned a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to client success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a member of the Colorado CPA Society. Outside of her professional life, Vidhya enjoys walking, gardening, and camping, activities that provide a well-rounded balance to her career and help her stay grounded and energized.
Katie has over 20 years of public accounting experience, most of which she has spent at Carson Group Advanced Solutions: Tax & Accounting. As an Enrolled Agent, a credential authorized by the IRS, she is dedicated to mentoring clients to help them grow both personally and professionally. With her husband serving in the United States Air Force, Katie understands the complexities of military life and the tax implications it entails. She also assists numerous clients living and working overseas with filing U.S. tax returns and reporting worldwide income. In her free time, Katie enjoys reading and loves spending time outdoors boating, four-wheeling, and camping with her husband, their two young daughters, family, and friends.
