Madeleine Costa is the CEO of Succeeding Small, an award-winning digital marketing agency that helps small businesses grow through SEO, web design, and Google Ads. A 2023 Young Entrepreneur Award winner, Madeleine's mission is to help turn entrepreneurial dreams into small business success stories. She hosts The Succeeding Small Podcast, where she helps small businesses scale and succeed through topics like marketing, operations, leadership, finance, and more.

Entrepreneurship runs in Madeleine’s family, prompting her to start her first business—an online clothing boutique—at just 16. Since then, she’s made it her mission to help other business owners grow, guiding them to visibility on the digital landscape while providing them with the education they need to build strong, scalable companies.

When she’s not running her agency, Madeleine is giving back. She teaches marketing at a variety of institutions, including The Thrive Network, an entrepreneurial incubator program in Colorado Springs. Madeleine also leads her proprietary internship program, where she partners with universities nationwide to teach students comprehensive digital marketing, including SEO, websites, copywriting, branding, social media marketing, and more. With her expertise and dedication, Madeleine is a steadfast advocate for the success of small businesses.
