Join us for our monthly Business Luncheon where we shed some light on specific topics and have opportunities to expand your network.
Generative AI represents a transformative technological innovation for the workplace and poses a significant challenge for the professionals poised to benefit most from its potential. It offers opportunities to enhance productivity and creativity, yet it also necessitates a reevaluation of traditional roles and skills. In this new era, the resilience of knowledge workers—those who primarily work with information or generate ideas—will hinge on their ability to harness AI for productivity gains while concurrently cultivating the uniquely human skills that AI cannot replicate. Embracing this dual focus will empower professionals to not merely adapt, but to flourish in a rapidly evolving digital workplace.
Takeaways
In this brief but poignant talk, you will learn the basics of what generative AI is, how it works, its impact on the workplace, what it is and isn’t good at, some concerns it poses, and what skills will be needed to keep up and take advantage of the value it offers.
