Her career and education reflect balanced skills in leadership development, business acumen. and cultural agility.

With 10 years of experience as a leadership development manager, public speaker, facilitator, and international business consultant, Allison has worked with hundreds of leaders across 9 countries in Europe and the Middle East, as well as in Canada and the United States. With a history of international market entry, she has consulted across various sectors including consumer goods, retail, higher education, finance, energy, and tech fields. Her most recent success includes adapting lululemon's leadership development program to the European and Middle Eastern market, as well as opening 15 stores in Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East. Her passions, however, lie in her love for facilitation, coaching, and public speaking. Her career and education to date reflect her balanced skillset in leadership development, business acumen, and cultural agility.
