You will come away with the following new info from Val’s presentation:
- Communication – You will learn how to communicate your vision clearly – what you see and experience.
- Control – You will gain the ability to know whether a leader can control certain issues or not.
- Course correcting – You will learn when there is more than one way to get a result and revealing those other ways.
Our Speaker
Val JonesVal has been an Olympic-hopeful skater who has used much of her real-life experience to be a coach. She jokes that nobody’s goal is to be a subject matter expert in overcoming obstacles, yet here she is! Her Dad taught her that attitude is everything and she has lived her life valuing that statement. She has taken her knowledge and experience as an elite athlete and coach to individuals and organizations who desire to achieve their peak performance, in spite of obstacles thrown in the way.
