Melissa Healy
My passion for health and wellness coaching was born of over 30 years in various facets of health care and fitness including my time as an aerobics instructor; several years as a practicing chiropractor; and 17 years as a pharmaceutical sales rep. Following my own experience with burnout in 2015, I not only recovered but went on to strategically plan my future endeavor in health coaching, As a National Board- Certified Health and Wellness Coach, my programs were developed based on conversations with individuals struggling to follow expert advice, finding themselves frustrated by lack of results and their inability to stick to a plan.
