Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic\, she has educated owners and operators in the Retail Food sector on the rules and restrictions stemming from the Public Health Orders and assists with meeting those requirements. She has helped restaurants pivot their businesses to such things as moving away from paper menus to QR codes\, spacing tables\, mask mandates and removing self-serve buffets. She commends the Retail Food Industry for its adaptability and innovative solutions with each challenge COVID-19 has presented.\n\n\n\nSammi Jo will present and provide the most up to date Public Health Order requirements and its effects on restaurant and retail businesses. She will be available to answer specific questions at the Town Hall.
