DESCRIPTION:Do you feel like you need to get in "the zone" to create? What if there was an easy way to do this?\n\n\n\nIn each session of this four-part series\, Gratitude Coach Terza Ekholm will introduce you to several mind-centering techniques\, followed by instruction for creating your own gratitude flags (inspired by prayer flags) to use for yourself or to give to others. After getting in "the zone\," we'll create beautiful fabrics with inks\, papers\, and other materials. We'll use these to create our gratitude flags.\n\n\n\nSupplies will be provided with a fee\, but each student is encouraged to bring in their own additional embellishments after the first class. Sewing machines (bring your own) or hand-sewing is optional.\n\n\n\nAll levels welcome. $25 supply fee payable to instructor on first class.
