DESCRIPTION:Lending a hand to help combat neuromuscular disease\, ERA Shields Real Estate will host the 8th Annual MDA Banquet and Art Show at the Pikes Peak Center in Downtown Colorado Springs on Friday\, September 12\, 2014 to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).\n\n\n\nThis year's event will include an art show featuring local and regional artists\, a banquet featuring local MDA families\, our famous wine pull\, live and silent auction\, live music and more!\n\n\n\nThe event began nearly 8 years ago and was held at one of ERA Shields offices in Colorado Springs with an attendance of 100 supporters. Since then the event has expanded to the City Auditorium in Colorado Springs and last year found a new home\, the Pikes Peak Center in the heart of Downtown. Attendance has also grown with an estimated 500 at the 2013 event.\n\n"Hosting this MDA banquet and art show is just one more way that we can show our support for MDA and the important work it does for those with neuromuscular diseases\," said Bill Hurt\, Broker/Owner of ERA Shields Real Estate.
