Although this generation has been dubbed "Generation Me" or the "Digital Generation"\, there is much to appreciate from Millennials. \n\n\n\nWith understanding\, an open mind\, and a willingness to mentor\, Millennials have much to offer us all.  This presentation does not seek to define a generation but to offer insight into who we are working with and how we can best utilize the talents of those around us.
